Horizon next was founded in year 2007 by Mr. Surendra Kumar Choudhary (Police officer) and Mr. Manish Sharma (An Actor). Both of them are working independently in our own respective fields but a constant inner call never let them settle down in their life, it was a call to justify there birth, their existence and to repay back what god has given to them. Altough Mr. Choudhary was a police officer but not with heart, their was some other person in him, who writes poetry, stories and think for all who are at some point stay behind due to various reasons.
